LIEUTENANT H ALLSEBROOK WOUNDED

The Vicar of Badsey, the Rev. W.C. Allsebrook, received a telegram from the War Office on Tuesday stating that his brother, Lieut. H. Allsebrook, of the Royal Warwickshire Regiment, was wounded severely on April 4-5. No further details have yet been received, and we trust that the wound is less serious than the telegram would indicate.

CAPTAIN CYRIL E SLADDEN AGAIN WOUNDED

Mr Julius Sladden received a telegram on Thursday night stating that his son, Capt. Cyril E. Sladden, of the Worcestershire Regt., was wounded on April 9. This is the second time Capt. Sladden has been wounded, the first time being at Anzac last August. No details are to hand as to the extent of Capt. Sladden’s injury, but it is hoped that it is not very serious.
