SUGGESTIONS MADE TO SOLVE LABOUR SHORTAGE

  1. Children should be allowed to leave school at 12 years of age instead of 13 or 14.
  2. Timetables of schools should be altered so that the children should be free for half a day all through the week during the time of war.
