The Military Representative asked for a review of the certificate of conditional exemption granted to Archie H S Boaler (24), married, of Badsey, and working 6 acres of land. Mr Geoffrey New represented respondent. When he was granted exemption in January, he was too unwell to join VTC. He had been passed for general service. In reply to Captain Glanfield respondent said his father-in-law and sons (Mr Wilkins) who lived next door to him, could not look after his land if he went.
