Parish Newsletters 2007 to present day

In May 2007, Community News was launched.  The Vicar, the Reverend Richard Court, said it was similar in style to The Bugle but not quite so adventurous; it would include regular articles from village groups.  (Over the years it has proved to be much more adventurous than The Bugle and has become a real community newsletter.)

The editorial team in 2007 comprised Richard Court, Sheila Lancaster, Yvonne Haynes and Terry Sparrow.  By August 2009, the editorial team was Richard Court, Sheila Lancaster and Will Dallimore.  In 2012, teenager Alice Morrey took over the editorship, followed by John Cole in August 2013 when Alice went off to university.  In 2017 Valerie Magan took over the reins.  She was succeeded as Editor by Will Dallimore who had been a part of the editorial team in the early years of Community News.  Will retired as Editor in December 2022.  The new editors from 2023 will be Louise Knight and Jo Bennett.

Community News was not published for the months of May-September 2020 inclusive due to the Covid-19 pandemic.  Normal service was resumed again in October 2020.  From January 2021, Community News was printed in colour by Zimprint of Evesham.
