1912 - Letting notice 4, printed letting notice with photographs

Printed letting notice, identical in wording to the previous item but more professionally laid out and with photographs (2 copies), mentions Mrs Wilson, Raymond Webb). One copy has a handwritten note on the front saying, "To be kept in office: Rent £50 per annum for house and pleasure garden and additional £25 for orchard, paddock and kitchen garden" and contains an insert with details about local leisure activities and slight changes since the photos were taken. The other copy (A) has nothing extra on it.
