Compiled chiefly from MSS in the British Museum.  Printed and sold by John Agg, Evesham, and T N Longman, Paternoster Row, London, price 1 guinea.  The first owner of the book was the Reverend Martin Stafford Smith (1746-1834), Rector of Fladbury, who was a subscriber to the publication.
