1895 Sep 30, copy indenture between Joseph Knight and Harriet Emms

Indenture between Joseph Knight and his sister, Harriet Emms, of Birmingham, dated 30th September 1895, selling her the cottage he had inherited.  The situation of the cottage was described as follows:

… bounded on the north by cottages and hereditaments the property of Harriet Sharp and on the east by a cottage and garden devised by the said will of the said Robert Knight to the testator’s sons William Knight and Thomas Knight and then sold by them to Mrs Emma Wilson a daughter of the said testator …
