Edith Webb of 87 New Road, Netherton, near Dudley, spinster and Reginald Hodgetts of Evesham, as the personal representatives of William Ernest Emms, late of The Haven, Badsey Fields Lane, who died on 29th January 1953, assented to the vesting in of his widow, Edith Amelia Emms of The Haven, Badsey Fields Lane, in which he left "a cottage and premises now or formerly occupied by Mr Shelley" [Rose Cottage], together with other property and land in Badsey.
