1950 Jan 10, letter from D A Jelfs, Clerk to Badsey Parish Council, to J Major, Secretary to the PCC

Letter explaining that at a special parish meeting was held early in January 1950 to discuss a proposed churchyard extension.  The following resolution was made:

That this Meeting of Badsey Parishioners agrees to hand over that portion of land which is now occupied by the Fire Station and land adjoining for the purpose of the extension of the Churchyard.
