- Lot 1 (No 3 on plan) – these cottages are no longer in existence; they were demolished in the 1860s.
- Lot 1 (No 7 on plan) – this relates to farm buildings which were in existence until the 1960s on the south side of School Lane; two cottages (on the site of the current-day No 12 School Lane) were built on the land shortly after the sale.
- Lot 8 (no 5 on plan) – this relates to Nos 46-50 High Street, Badsey, and Field Cottage, Mill Lane, Badsey.
Lots 1, 7 & 8 were bought by Captain John Pickup Lord of Hallow; lots 2-6 were bought by William Henry Ashwin of Bretforton.
