Valuable LEASEHOLD ESTATES and TYTHES

At the Crown Inn in Evesham in the County of Worcester, on Wednesday the 30th day of June 1824 at four o’clock in the afternoon, under such conditions as shall be then and there produced, and in the following Lots, or such other Lot or Lots as shall be agreed upon at the time of Sale.
- Lot 1 – A VALUABLE ESTATE, situate in the Parish of Badsey in the County of Worcester, consisting of 140 acres, or thereabouts, of excellent ARABLE, MEADOW and PASTURE GROUND, now in the Occupation of Mr Joseph Jones, as Tenant thereof.
- Lot 2 – A VALUABLE ESTATE, situate in the Parish of North and Middle Littleton in the County of Worcester, consisting of 28 acres, or thereabouts, excellent ARABLE LAND, now in the Occupation of Mr Richard Moore as Tenant thereof.
- Lot 3 – A VALUABLE and very DESIRABLE estate, situate in the Hamlet of Aldington in the said Parish of Badsey, consisting of 55A 1R 24P or thereabouts, of exceedingly good TURNIP and BARLEY SOIL, now in the Occupation of Mr Wm Chambers as Tenant thereof.
The above Lots are Tythe Free.
- Lot 4 – All, and all manner of TYTHES of CORN, SHEAF, GRAIN, WOOL and LAMB, coming, growing and renewing, in the Fields and Grounds of Wickhamford in the County of Worcester, to the late Monastery of Evesham aforesaid, dissolved, late belonging or appertaining.
The above Estates are situate in the Neighbourhood of several good Market Towns, and very convenient for Water Carriage, by the River Avon, and present a favourable opportunity for a profitable Investment.
The Whole is held by Lease under the Dean and Chapter of Christ Church, Oxford.
