Burial - Walter MAJOR

"Wally" Major was a well-known and much liked member of the community, as was shown by the large number of friends who attended his funeral service in church - friends drawn from his association over the years with sport (in his younger days he was a keen footballer, and more recently had been a skilful bowls player), with the Legion, and with the LBG. We send his widow our deepest sympathy in her loss, and we pay tribute to the patience and courage shown by both herself and Wally during his last illness. RIP.
