Present-day address: Southbank, Offenham Road, Aldington
A detached house, originally two cottages built in about the 1860s, converted to one house in 1980. White rendered house, tiled roof with dormer gables with finials. Until about 2012, Aldington Fruit Farm operated from here; the orchards have now become a housing development known as The Orchards.
As at 2021, the house (around which a housing development known as Sunset Way was built in 2017) is scheduled for demolition. Barratt Homes has outline planning permission to erect up to two new dwellings on the site.
