4 Allsebrook Gardens
Present-day address: 4 Allsebrook Gardens, Badsey
A detached house built in the 1970s by Maxim Homes as part of a development of ten executive homes; they had bought the freehold land from Christ Church, Oxford, on 20th October 1971. No 4 is on land which was part of the old Vicarage grounds. The Vicarage stood approximately in the middle of the present-day road on the bend, close to Nos 1 & 4. Part of the original boundary wall between the neighbouring land (owned at the time of Enclosure by Anthony Smith) and the Vicarage can still be in the back garden of No 4 Allsebrook Gardens.
