Present-day address: Orchard View, 60 Seward Road, Badsey

A link-detached house with garage between, built in about the late 1970s on land on the west side of Seward Road which once formed part of the grounds of Malvern House. In 1977, the land was sold to SquareDeal Homes Ltd.
