Present-day address: Hopyard Villa, 16 Bretforton Road, Badsey

A semi-detached house with name plaque built on the south side of Bretforton Road in 1908. The deeds show the pair of cottages was built on a plot of land covering 1134 yards, part of a field called the Hopyard.
