1933 wedding - Jesse Newbury & Alice Halling

The wedding at St Peter's Church, Willersey of Alice Maud Halling, of that parish, and Jesse Harris Collett Newbury, of Wickhamford.  The bride was given away by her brother, Charles Halling (right) and the groom's best man was his brother Arthur William Newbury.  The bridesmaids were all nieces of the bride and they wore dresses of pale blue velvet - this monochrome photograph has been coloured in.  The bridesmaids names were Molly, Kitty, Marjorie and Gwendolen, but their positions in the picture have not been specified. 

The newly-wedded couple went to live in Wickhamford.
