Sandys Arms about 1890 - detail

This is a detail of the previous picture. The notice over the door names George Pethard as the licensee. The lady in the doorway is his wife Hannah Pethard possibly with one of her sons in Victorian apparel -  Henry Jarrett or Vernon.  Or is it a girl?  It has been suggested that it may be her daughter, Millicent Gertrude Pethard.
