Narcissi growing and plum blossom

Daffodils and narcissi were often planted beneath fruit trees in the Vale of Evesham and sold as cut flowers. In spring the combination of plum blossom and flowering narcissi made a spectacular sight. The photograph was taken about 1905 in the Vale of Evesham but its exact location is not known.
