Present-day address: Claybrook Farm Cottages, 101 & 103 Bretforton Road, Badsey
A pair of semi-detached cottages built on the north side of Bretforton Road in about the 1830s at Claybrook Farm. The building has mainly been used as two cottages, but in 1881 and 1891, only family was living there; sales particulars of 1891 described it thus: "The messuages, if thrown together, would form one good house."
