FATAL CRASH ON “DIFFICULT BEND”
MOTORIST COMMITTED ON MANSLAUGHTER
CHARGE AT EVESHAM
The sequel to a fatal accident at Wickhamford, near Evesham, on Spt. 19, was heard at Evesham County Petty Sessions yesterday, when a charge of manslaughter was brought against Pheneas Mory Horn (22), a fruit grower, of North End, Exning, near Newmarket.
Horn, against whom a verdict of manslaughter was brought at the inquest on Mrs. Emily Jane Field (63), of Wickhamford, who was killed in the Accident, had been committed for trial on a coroner’s warrant.
