My dearest Husband,
I was very glad to get your letter & find you were all well & the children good; dear girls, I shall be quite glad to see them again. I enjoyed the service at our old church very much, the choir & organ are wonderfully improved. Yesterday evening a large party from over the way came in to supper & this evening we are going to the Flints. Are you coming tomorrow dear? do try to. We have just been for a walk to the Cemetery & into the town. What a dreadful accident at Sunderland! poor fathers and mothers what a dreadful shock for so many of them!
Baby was rather restless in the night but is good this morning, if fine this afternoon she must go & make some calls. I must go & give the young lady her dinner if she is awake, so will close. Give three good kisses from Mamma to each of the little ones & say I hope they are good, & with much love to yourself darling
Believe me
Your loving wife
