Darling
We have had a heavy day. Otherwise I would write a letter tonight but I’m sure you’ll forgive me if I postpone writing until tomorrow and go to bed instead.
I am getting on finely now dear and think Sister trusts me now to do my work thoroughly. I was delighted to get all your news and pleased you are in pleasant quarters.
You are a Funny Old Thing to walk out of telling me my failings so beautifully! If you were here I’d, I’d ….. kiss you!
Best love from your own
Mela
