I, Ralph Harward of Badsey, being very sickly and weak but of sound memory, give:
- All my freehold land and tenement in Badsey with their appurtenances and also my Netherfield Upper? Close (which I hold by right) to my brother Richard Harward of Badsey until his son John Harward shall attain the age of 27
- My will is that when John Harward reaches 27 he shall have and enjoy all my lands tenement close and premises
- Out of his legacy, John Harward shall pay to Elizabeth Harward, daughter of Richard and sister of John, the sum of £4
- If John Harward should die before she attains the age of 27, the lands, tenement, etc, should go to Richard’s heirs
- And then ?Give to my brother William Harward
- To my mother Margaret Harward widow £5
