Sole Executor: William H Churchill
I, William John Brookes of Badsey, give:
- To my children, Alice Elizabeth Brookes and Hilda Annie Brookes, the sum of £50 which I sesire to be placed in the Post Office Saving Bank to accumulate until the eldest reached the age of 21, it then to be withdrawn and equally dividied between them. If either Alice Elzabeth Brookes or Hilda Annie Brookes die before the eledest daughter reached 21, the other surviving daughter to take the whole amoun due on her 21st birthday. Or if both die, I wish my beloved wife, Elizabeth, to receive the whole amount.
- It is also my wish and sincere desire that the land rented by me be set for as much money as ingoing as is possible to obtain the money to be invested in a house for the benefit and comfort of my beloved wife and children.
