Details of Will

I, Henry Crisp of Badsey, Stone Mason, give:

  • To my wife, all my furniture and other household effects.
  • To my Trustees, all my real and personal estate including my two cottages situate at Badsey upon trust for my wife for her life and after her decease for my son, Elijah Crisp, absolutely, provided that at the death of my wife, my cottages shall be valued by some experienced valuer and the devise of the said cottages to my son shall be subject to the payment to my daughter, Elizabeth Crisp, of one half of the sum at which the said cottages shall be valued.
