Details of Will
I Esther Laugher of Badsey, spinster, give:
- To Jane Franklin, my housekeeper, the bedstead, bed and bedding which she now sleep in
- My wearing apparel to my nephew Edward Laugher Blew for the use of his family
- To my friend Courtenay Cornell Prance of Evesham, gentlemen and the said Edward Laugher Blew all the rest and residue of my personal estate and effects with power to collect and get in all monies due to me and to convert into money any part or parts of my said personal estate and after payment of my funeral and testamentary expenses the remainder of my personal estate shall go to my nephew Edward Laugher Blew and if required shall be paid in part discharge of any mortgage debt due at my decease upon my real or chattel real estate
- And I give to Edward Laugher Blew All and singular my real chattel real estates with their appurtenances to hold until him his heirs executors for his and their own absolute use but subject nevertheless to all mortgages and equitable charges
- I give all trust and mortgage estates vested in me unto Courtenay Cornell France to hold according to the trusts and subject to the equities affecting the same
