Lives with his grandparents and helps them to work their ground, nearly six acres. The grandmother said appellant was now on service. The local tribunal granted postponement but refused exemption. Mrs Nightingale said they would want appellant in the fruit season. The Military Representative asked whether the plums could not be picked by the pot. Mrs Nightingale: "I ain't going to have a lot of women."
