The orchard occupied the area of land on Mill Lane, Badsey, where the present-day houses called Sunlea, Brookside House and Nevrin are situated. Elizabeth Badsey and John Cotton, referred to in the deed, lived at the present-day Vicarage Cottage and Glebe Cottage.
