Newspaper article about Badsey First School's headteacher, Elizabeth Spencer, helping in the research of a historical book about the school she attended as a child and now runs. The book is being written by Maureen Spinks of The Badsey Society and is planned for publication in September 2004. Elizabeth Spencer showed a group of former pupils around the building where they recalled their schoolday memories; visitors included 92-year-old Molly Corbett who left the school almost 80 years ago and her granddaughter, Helen, who left in the 1970s.
