1908 – Conveyance of Badsey Manor House to Matilda Osborne Wingfield and John Tutin Wingfield

Description

Sale on 6th January 1908 of Badsey Manor House by Emma Wilson, widow of Edward Wilson who died September 1907.  Also named are Henry Byrd and Charles Arthur Binyon who were executors of the will, plus Mary Henrietta Garrard, who was still owed money on the mortgage.  It was sold to Matilda Osborne Wingfield and John Tutin Wingfield for £880, with £365 being paid to Mary Garrard.  Full transcript of the conveyance available in the PDF below.
