Saturday

I am just out for a breather before going on night duty. I heard from Cecil today – will send you his letter another time. He has been given a commission in the 1^st battalion London Scots and is coming home on leave soon to get his kit. I do hope I shall see him. He says he is very fit and well indeed.

I shall be on day duty again 9 am on Sunday so shall not get much sleep!
