Your letter came tonight after your pc from A. It was such a joy to get it and I loved reading all about your life on board and the last part of the letter written in pencil especially pleased me. I don’t worry except now and then – as you say – it is wrong to worry when perhaps in the end all will be well.
Look out for a letter soon.

This postcard took a long time reaching Cyril; it was directed to Mudros, then indicated that he had been wounded, sent to Blue Sisters, Sliema, then "Returned to Active Service".
