My Dearest Wife,

I only received your letter on calling at the Post Office this afternoon so have had no opportunity of measuring the little boys, by all means get them some things.  Georgie is a perfect “rag-bag.”

Mr Collier does not return till Wednesday so I must do his round that day I suppose, to-morrow go to Great Alne &c and on Thursday Pandy, Newport &c to finish up the week, so you can imagine what with correspondence and office work I have got my hands full.

If I am late home to-morrow (Tuesday) I may wait and meet you at Evesham and take the train with you back to Badsey, otherwise you may expect to see me at Badsey station, we shall all be very glad to get you back, dear,  I think baby quite understands Mother is coming soon.  We are all well.

Love to all at Richmond

Your affectionate Husband

Julius Sladden

Bring Charlotte’s letter back.
