Fanny WILKINSON (previously LINTOTT, née IVES) (1874-1919)
Fanny Wilkinson, previously Lintott, née Ives (1874-1919), was the mother of Rosina Beatrice (Rosie) Lintott who became engaged to George Sladden in November 1915.
Fanny Ives was born at Lancing, Sussex, on 3rd September 1874, eldest of six children of Joseph Ives, a labourer, and his wife, Jane (née Riddles). She was baptised at Lancing on 1st November 1874.
In 1891, Fanny was working as a housemaid at Wenman Home, Lancing.
In 1893, Fanny married George Edward Lintott at Hampstead. They had three children: Dorothy Alice (1896), Rosina Beatrice (1897-1930) and George Edward Sydney (1902).
George died at The Hyde, Wilberforce Road, Hendon, in March 1906, aged 35, and was buried at Hendon.
The following year, Fanny married again to Edward William Wilkinson, a fishmonger. She had four further children: Edward (c1906), Fanny (1908), Lorna (1913) and James Frank (1915). By 1911 they were living at 8 Whitchurch Lane, Little Stanmore, Middlesex, in 1911.
Fanny died at 8 Whitchurch Lane in January 1919, aged 45; she was buried at Little Stanmore.
