Mary Jessica Sladden (1905-?), known as Jessica, was the daughter of Percival John Sladden, who was the son of Julius Sladden’s elder brother, Dilnot (1842-1906).
Jessica Sladden was born at Rangitikei, Wellington, New Zealand, in 1905, the second of six children and only son of Percival John Sladden and his wife, Mary Bouchier (née Bristow). Jessica is mentioned in the diary of her first-cousin-once-removed, May Sladden, when she visited with "Aunt Lottie" (May's aunt and Jessica's great-aunt) from England in 1905-1906.
