Worcestershire - Harvington

Harvington is a village in the Vale of Evesham just under six miles north of Badsey on the other side of the River Avon.

The Sladdens knew the Maynard family who lived in Harvington.

On one occasion in July 1916, Ethel Sladden attended a Girls’ Friendly Society meeting in Harvington.  It is likely that she would have cycled there.
