The following is a list of title deeds to the Manor of Badsey which was made by William Bonaker in 1822. He states that he had the deeds in his possession, but only this transcription survives. We are grateful to the late Richard Phillips for making a copy of this transcription.

- 10th June 1589 – Thomas Throckmorton to Reece Griffin, release of Manor of Badsey and lands there.
- 17th February 1598 – Griffin to Hoby, release of Manor and Lands.
