- To my brother-in-law Edmund Ballard of South Littleton, farmer, the sum of £200 to be paid to him within six months after my decease
- To my sister Martha Fletcher, the wife of Arthur Fletcher of Kings Stanley in the county of Gloucester, Timber Merchant, the sum of £140 to be paid to her within six months after my decease
- To my good friend John Hall late of Bretforton but now of Knowle Hill in the parish of Bengeworth, Gentleman, the sum of £100 upon trust to lay out the same either upon land or government security as soon as conveniently may be after my decease and to pay the interest, dividends and produce thereof unto Mary Coombe, wife of John Coombe of Bretforton, farmer, who was formerly the wife and afterwards widow of Edward Wilson late of Badsey, Gentleman, deceased, for and during the term of her natural life by equal half yearly portions and after her decease upon trust to sell out or call in the said principal sum of £100 and divide the same in equal shares or proportions between Edward Wilson and Sarah Wilson, son and daughter of the said Edward Wilson deceased now living with the said Mary Coombe as and when they shall severally attain their respective ages of 21 years
- And lastly I give the remainder of my goods, chattels and effects of what nature or land soever after payment of my said debts and legacies unto Mary Darrill of Badsey, widow, my mother
