SAVAGE, William (Will)

Beneficiary 1 - Elizabeth Savage, wife, for the rest of her life so long as she did not remarry (held in trust by Richard Gibbs the younger of Knowle Hill, Bengeworth, Gentleman, and John Hall of Bretforton, Gentleman)

• All household furniture, plate, linen, china and books
• The rest of his personal estate and effects
• Use of the house at Aldington or to taking the rents

Beneficiary 2 - Edmund Savage, son

• Equal third share (or however many living) in household furniture, plate, linen, china and books after the death or remarriage of his mother
• Equal sixth share (or however many living) in residue of money after the death or remarriage of his mother (after paying £10 each to two of his sisters)
• Use of the house at Aldington and thereafter to the first and every other son of Edmund Savage; if no sons, the daughters to inherit, to be divided between them as tenants in common.  If Edmund married during the lifetime of Elizabeth Savage and wished to live in the house at Aldington, Edmund would be permitted to occupy the kitchen and room over it and the south part of the garden for as long as the Trustees and Executors in their discretion chose, without any interruption by Elizabeth or taking any rent.

Beneficiary 3 - Esther Savage, daughter

• Equal share in household furniture, plate, linen, china and books after the death or remarriage of her mother
• Equal sixth share (or however many living) in residue of money after the death or remarriage of her mother (after paying £10 each to two of her sisters)

Beneficiary 4 - Charlotte Savage, daughter

• Equal share in household furniture, plate, linen, china and books after the death or remarriage of her mother
• Equal sixth share (or however many living) in residue of money after the death or remarriage of her mother (after paying £10 each to two of her sisters)

Beneficiary 5 - Margaret Savage, daughter

• £10 after the death or remarriage of her mother

Beneficiary 6 - Sarah Savage, daughter

• £10 after the death or remarriage of her mother

Beneficiary 7 - Mary Savage, daughter

• Equal sixth share (or however many living) in residue of money after the death or remarriage of her mother (after paying £10 each to two of her sisters)

Beneficiary 8 - Hannah Savage, daughter

• Equal sixth share (or however many living) in residue of money after the death or remarriage of her mother (after paying £10 each to two of her sisters)

Beneficiary 9 - Elizabeth Savage, daughter

• Equal sixth share (or however many living) in residue of money after the death or remarriage of her mother (after paying £10 each to two of her sisters)

Payment of debts, funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid out of his personal estate.
