Administration of the goods with the will of Clementina Smith late of Broadway, widow, deceased, 9th December 1852
George Walter Smith of the parish of Broadway, schoolmaster, William Frederick Smith of the same parish, schoolmaster, William Scott-Mould of the same parish, Attorney at Law are held and firmly bound in the sum of £200

I Clementina Smith of Badsey, widow, give:

  • All my leasehold cottage or tenement and garden situate at Badsey with the appurtenances and all my chattels and real estate and also all my personal estate and effects whatsoever unto my friend Joseph Taylor of Wickhamford, farmer, to hold the same unto him nevertheless upon and for the several trusts and purposes following:
  • Upon trust that the said Joseph Taylor do and shall as soon after my decease as conveniently may be sell and absolutely dispose of my said cottage or tenement garden and other chattel real estate and also all my personal effects for the best price either by public auction or private contract upon trust to pay the same unto my three children, George Walter Smith, Christiana Smith and William Frederick Smith, to be vested interests in my sons at the age of 21 or death under that age leaving same and in my daughter at that age or day of marriage and in case either of my sons shall die under the age of 21 years without leaving issue or in case my daughter shall die under that age without having been married then as to the original share and accruing share of the child so dying in trust to divide the said lastly mentioned moneys between the survivors of my children
