- Ann Roasbork of Mile End Old Town, spinster, for the term of her life, an annuity or annual sum of £30 to be payable out of all my messuages lands tenements and hereditaments in the parish of Badsey, Worcester, late in the occupation of James Byrd and now of his widow to commence from the quarter day or day of payment immediately proceeding my decease and subject and chargeable with the payment of the said annuity
