12B Lodge Park Drive
Present-day address: Chadwick House, 12B Lodge Park Drive, Aldington
A detached house built on the east side of a new housing development by Redrow in 2019. This house and the neighbouring 12 & 12A were built on the site of Aldington Lodge (after which the road was named). They were built at a later date to the other houses in the road whilst the fate of Aldington Lodge was decided.
