On Friday, the 24th day of July 1846 by direction of Messrs Chas and Wm Knight (who are quitting the above Farm)

Thirty acres of capital wheat, 10 acres of beans and pulse, 5 acres of seed vetches, 2 ricks of old beans, 3 ricks of old and new hay, about 20 tons; orchard of fruit, 27 lambs, 1 fat pig, 9 iron-bound pipes, hogsheads, etc, etc and other effects.

Sale to commence precisely at 1 o’clock.  Catalogue may be had at the Fleece Inn, Evesham; Three Tuns and Bell, Pershore; and of the Auctioneer.
