To my only daughter Grace Seward all my real and personal estate either in America or Great Britain desiring that she may be sent over to the orphan house in Georgia by my executor herein after named there to be educated under the Reverend Mr Whitefield until she comes of age and then if the said Mr Whitefield shall think proper to the province of Pennsylvania where her fortune chiefly lies.
