1909 wedding – Stephen Styles & Annie Lardner

The wedding day of Stephen Styles and Annie Lardner in late 1909. In 1901 she was a domestic servant working in Bridge Street, Evesham, and had been born in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. The photograph was probably taken outside what is now 12 Manor Road, where they were living at the time of the 1911 census.  They were not married in Wickhamford, but the marriage was registered in the Evesham District.  Their son, John, was born the following year and died in the Second World War.
