- Whereas I bequeathed to my sister, Mary Wilson, the sum of £1000 to be paid within 12 months, I now direct that the sum of £1000 shall be paid to my sister Mary in manner following, that is to say, £500 within 5years from my decease and the remaining £500 within 10 years from the day of my decease.
- I have also bequeathed to my sister-in-law, Sarah Wilson, £100 to be paid to her in 12 months from my decease. I do hereby revoke the said bequest and in lieu thereof I give the sum of £200 to be paid to her by her brother when she attains the age of 21.
- I give to John Ballard of Badsey, farmer, the sum of £100 to be paid to him out of my real and personal estates given and bequeathed to Edward Wilson; I do hereby charge the same with the payment thereof but if that should be insufficient then I charge the estate and premises at Honeybourne by my said will given and bequeathed to my sister Mary Wilson with the payment thereof, and I direct the same to be paid to John Ballard within 12 months of my decease.
