I, Thomas Grove of Aldington in the parish of Badsey, weaver, give:

  • To my son William Grove All that messuage or tenement with the appurtenances situate lying and being in the church yard in the borough of Evesham now in the occupation of the widow [DASH] Blizzard
  • To my son Thomas Grove All that messuage or tenement with the barns, stables, outbuildings, garden and orchard thereunto belonging with their and every of their appurtenances now in my own possession situate lying and being at Aldington with the payment of two several legacies of £50 and £25
  • To my daughter Ann Grove the sum of £50 and all my household goods and furniture
  • To my son John Grove the sum of £25
  • The sums to Ann and John to be paid within two years after Thomas’ death by his son Thomas out of the messuage, hereditaments and other premises hereinbefore devised to him
  • All the rest of personal estate to son Thomas Grove
