The wedding has taken place at St James’ Church, Badsey, near Evesham, of Mr Francis Glanville Williams, youngest son of Mr & Mrs W J Williams of Gweek and Miss Winifred Muriel Lucy Taylor, only daughter of Mr & Mrs A J Taylor of 24 Synehurst, Badsey. Rev J G Jefferys officiated. The service was choral and the bride’s father took part in the ringing of wedding peals.
Will Dallimore, fresh from the success of his Back Garden Films with brother, John, now returns to recording some of Badsey’s history in bite-sized chunks. The first film was posted on The Badsey Society’s Facebook page on 7th August 2020 and more are being added from time to time.

Two well-known Badsey and Offenham families were united on Tuesday when the wedding took place of Miss Constance Lilian May Perkins, only daughter of Mr & Mrs T Perkins of 15 Synehurst, Badsey, and Mr Ronald Percy Rouse, eldest son of Mr & Mrs P Rouse of Blackminster.
